With a focus on emotional regulation, expressive language and social connections
Who: CHILDREN AGES 4-7
When: WEDNESDAYS AT 4 PM STARTING OCTOBER 17

Our Little Talkers, Big Feelings Group combines play-based activities with educational content to foster social and emotional development in young children. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor will facilitate interactive games, stories, and creative projects, to help children learn essential skills while having fun. Space is Limited! Play Therapy Parenting Group With Connected Play Time at Home
Helping families play, heal, & grow utilizing the nervous system!
Frequency: 12, 1.5-hour weekly virtual meetings. Weekday and time to be set according to the group's needs
Cost: $150 per week
Groups are limited to 4 families
Learn about parenting with a focus on:
- The nervous system and parental regulation
- Noticing your parenting lens and goals
- Co-regulation and connection with your child
- Regulation strategies and pattern breaks
- Emotional awareness
- Therapeutic limits and boundaries
- Natural consequences
- Choice-giving
- Encouragement and empowerment
